Great variation on a crescent roll pizza appetizer! This one actually tastes like PIZZA! LOL Can put any variation of toppings you like, and use white or red sauce, etc. A sure-fire crowd pleaser!

Ingredients
  • 2 (8-ounce) packages crescent roll dough
  • 1/4-1/2 cup pizza, marinara or spaghetti sauce
  • 1/4 pound salami, sliced
  • 1/4 pound pepperoni, sliced
  • 1/4 pound ham, sliced
  • 1/4 pound provolone cheese, sliced
  • 1/4 pound Swiss cheese, sliced
  • 1 (12-ounce) jar roasted red peppers
  • 1 small tub sliced fresh mushrooms
  • 1/4 c black and/or green olives, sliced
  • 3 eggs
  • 5 tablespoons parmesan cheese
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350
  2. In a 9-by-13-inch pan sprayed with cooking spray, spread out both tubes of crescent dough
  3. Bake about 5 minutes before adding sauce and ingredients
  4. layer sauce, provolone, salami, pepperoni, roasted red peppers, mushrooms, olives, ham and Swiss cheese.
  5. Combine and beat eggs, parmesan cheese and pepper.
  6. Pour over layered casserole.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil sprayed with cooking spray, and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
  8. Uncover and bake for an additional 10 minutes until brown.
