I used super fresh and awesome Halibut straight from Alaska for this one too (Thanks to my FIL.). I think Halibut is becoming my favorite fish. It's really mild and you can do all kinds of things with it. I found this recipe online, and changed it... More

Just came back from the kitchen :). Yum, yum... even my fishophobiac husband liked it and said "Save this recipe for next fish day" (we have fish once a week). I didn't have green onions, so I added a tsp horseradish sauce for zest, and went a little heavier on lemon juice and added dill, just for some green sprinkles :)
