Fried garlic is a great addition to many dishes. Add to curries, stews, beans, soups, or on sandwiches, it adds a pop to everything! Try it and you will be hooked!

I bought a jar of fried garlic at an Asian market. I used it up real quick. Now I can make my own. We are lucky we all like garlic at my house. Maybe it will be like birth control for my 22 year old good looking twin sons. One can only hope. L.

Had to comment again. I made these today. Oh boy!!! Can I give ten stars? They really just made the right topping for our filets. Yumola! These are a keeper. I'm thinking they'd be great as an unauthentic addition to a Caesar salad.
I used a vegetable peeler to make really thin slices. I couldn't use up the entire clove. I used the remaining garlic in the rest of the meal, so it was not a problem.
