Ingredients

How to make it

  • Combine cracker crumbs, brown sugar, nuts and butter then press into pie pan.
  • Combine cream cheese, sugar and eggs.
  • Mix thoroughly and pour over shell.
  • Bake for 20 minutes at 350 then cool.
  • Combine berries, sugar, cornstarch and lemon juice and cook over medium heat stirring constantly until mixture thickens.
  • Cool completely.
  • Top pie with cooled berry mixture and serve with whipped cream.

    My family LOVEs blueberries,my husband & I drink them daily for breakfast,we have over one hundred bags we froze last summer,for our HEALTH drink(delicious!)This pie will be made by some of those.Thankyou so much!God bless you!

    I am going out on a limb and going to make it in a lasagne pan.....I hope i can do this. I want a thick crust, and mondo blueberries, not to mention lots of creamcheese, plus i am feeding 12 so I am going to give it a whirl. Thats not till Feb 23. but can I make it a day before? Help and wish me luck.will keep you posted

    OMGoodness this sounds so good. I'm gonna make it for Labor day with the family......blueberries and cream cheese...you cannot go wrong!

    I loved the dessert and will definitely make it again. The only reason I didn't give it a 5 is that I didn't agree with not baking the crust before you put in the filling and I made an adjustment to the recipe and baked the crust beforehand. Otherwise it was just wonderful.
