Allo Bhujiadry Dry Potato Curry indian Style

- 4 large Potaoes shopping list
- 3 tblsp.Good olive oil shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cayyene shopping list
- 1 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric shopping list
- 1/4 tsp corriader powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp Garam masalah shopping list
- 2 chopped scallions shopping list
- 1/8 cup chopped mint leaves shopping list
- 2 tomatoes shopping list
- 1 tsp.onion seeds..(optional) shopping list
How to make it
- Heat oil.
- Add potates(sliced in rounds or cut in small cubes). and fry one mintute.
- Now add cayenne, salt , cumin, corriender and turmeric and stir till everything is mixed with oil.
- Add chopped tomatoes and about a cup of water.
- Cook covered on high heat till all water is absorbed, potatoes are cooked through and oil surfaces.
- Add onion seeds now and stir once without breaking the potaoes(use a metal frying spoon).
- Sprinkle garam masalah,fresh mint ,corriender and scallions.
