Delmarva Soft Crab Sandwich Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat small frying pan. Add a few tablespoons of butter (or margarine). Dust the crab with Old Bay Seasoning & pepper. Lightly flour the crab. Fry (med/low heat) on each side until legs are crisp (approx 10 - 15 min each side). Serve as a sandwich on white bread with lettuce, tomato & mayo or eat them plain (my favorite).

    Sigh...this is one of those foods I've always wanted to try, but likely never will... it's something that's gotta be eaten directly in your neck of the woods..can't exactly ship 'em down here! ;) There aren't many dishes on that list, but this is one of 'em! :) Sounds wonderful.
