How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350.
  • Coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  • In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer on medium high speed, combine butter, eggs and brown sugar and beat until creamy.
  • Add coffee flavored liqueur and vanilla and mix well.
  • Reduce speed to low and gradually add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until well blended. Fold in chips and toffee pieces.
  • Stir until all chips are evenly distributed in dough.
  • Spread dough in pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars.
