Chock Full O Chips Cookie Bars Recipe
Here is a decadent, sweet and gooey cookie bar. Experiment with your favorite flavor of baking chips.

Ingredients
  • 1 cup butter
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur, or milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 2 cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 3/4 cup double fudge chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup peanut butter chips
  • 3/4 cup white chocolate chips
  • 3/4 cup toffee pieces

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 350.
  2. Coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer on medium high speed, combine butter, eggs and brown sugar and beat until creamy.
  4. Add coffee flavored liqueur and vanilla and mix well.
  5. Reduce speed to low and gradually add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until well blended. Fold in chips and toffee pieces.
  6. Stir until all chips are evenly distributed in dough.
  7. Spread dough in pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars.
