Chock Full O Chips Cookie Bars

Here is a decadent, sweet and gooey cookie bar. Experiment with your favorite flavor of baking chips.
Ingredients
- 1 cup butter shopping list
- 2 large eggs shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups packed brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tablespoons coffee flavored liqueur, or milk shopping list
- 1 teaspoon vanilla shopping list
- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 teaspoon baking powder shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 3/4 cup double fudge chocolate chips shopping list
- 3/4 cup peanut butter chips shopping list
- 3/4 cup white chocolate chips shopping list
- 3/4 cup toffee pieces shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 350.
- Coat a 9 x 13 baking pan with cooking spray.
- In a large mixing bowl, using an electric mixer on medium high speed, combine butter, eggs and brown sugar and beat until creamy.
- Add coffee flavored liqueur and vanilla and mix well.
- Reduce speed to low and gradually add in flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Mix until well blended. Fold in chips and toffee pieces.
- Stir until all chips are evenly distributed in dough.
- Spread dough in pan and bake 30 to 35 minutes. Let cool before cutting into bars.
