openfaced coleslaw Reuben

- 1. Buy 1 Loaf unsliced rye bread {cut thick} shopping list
- 3/4 cup mayoniase shopping list
- 2 Tbs. white vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 Tsp. pepper shopping list
- 1 {10 oz. pkg} finely shredded cabbage shopping list
- 1/4 cup mustard{your Choice} shopping list
- 16{3/4 oz} swiss cheese slicews shopping list
- 8 1 inch thick rye bread slices{lightly toasted} shopping list
- 16 oz thinly sliced roast beef shopping list
How to make it
- Stir: together 1/2 cup mayo. and next four ingredients in a large bowl stir in cabbage and set aside to chill untill ready to serve.
- Stir together mustard and remaoning Mayo. Spread evenly on 1 side of each slice of bread Layer evenly with one cheese slice and corn beef top with remaining cheese slice Place on baking sheet
- Bake at 450 for 5-6 minutes or untill cheese melted Spoon cloeslaw mixture over cheese Serve immeadiately.
