Ingredients

1. Buy 1 Loaf unsliced Rye bread {cut thick}

3/4 cup mayoniase

2 Tbs. White Vinegar

1/2 tsp. Salt

1/2 Tsp. pepper

1 {10 oz. pkg} finely shredded cabbage

1/4 cup mustard{your Choice}

16{3/4 oz} swiss cheese slicews

8 1 inch thick rye bread slices{lightly toasted}

16 oz thinly sliced roast beef

Directions

Stir: together 1/2 cup mayo. and next four ingredients in a large bowl stir in cabbage and set aside to chill untill ready to serve.

Stir together mustard and remaoning Mayo. Spread evenly on 1 side of each slice of bread Layer evenly with one cheese slice and corn beef top with remaining cheese slice Place on baking sheet

Bake at 450 for 5-6 minutes or untill cheese melted Spoon cloeslaw mixture over cheese Serve immeadiately.
