Had this at a party, and spiced it up a little, and it's a hit whenever I make them, Great the next day, Make extras!!!

Ingredients
  • 3/4-1 cup melted butter
  • 1 pkg of sliced Old English Sharp Cheese (if you can not find, then get a very sharp cheddar) cubed small
  • Crabmeat flaked
  • 2 cans of tiny shrimp drained
  • Sprinkle (SPRINKLE) of garlic powder
  • scallions cut up thin
  • 1 pkg English Muffins (Plain)

Directions
  1. Melt butter
  2. Add cubed Cheese
  3. Add crabmeat, shrimp, scallions & garlic powder
  4. Mix together well
  5. Split English muffinsinto halves
  6. Press crabmeat/cheese mixture onto each half
  7. Bake at 350 for about 15 minutes till cheese begins to melt
  8. Turn on broiler and broil till bubbly & golden
  9. Serve hot
  10. REMEMBER:: MAKE EXTRAS, these disappear fast
