One-Pot Salsa Beef Skillet

- 1 lb. lean ground beef shopping list
- 2 cups water shopping list
- 1 cup Thick 'N chunky salsa shopping list
- 1 pkg. (14 oz.) Deluxe macaroni & cheese Dinner shopping list
- 2 cups frozen corn shopping list
- 1/2 cup Mexican Style Shredded cheese shopping list
- 1 green onion, chopped shopping list
How to make it
- BROWN meat in large skillet; drain. Return to skillet.
- ADD water, salsa and Macaroni; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover. Simmer 10 min. or until macaroni is tender, stirring occasionally. Stir in corn and Cheese Sauce; cook 2 min. or until heated through.
- TOP with shredded cheese and onions.
- Suggestion:
- For extra flavor, add 1 Tbsp. chili powder to the cooked meat.
- SubstituteAdd powerhouse vegetables to this dinner by substituting red or yellow peppers and tomatoes for the corn.
