Elaines Roasted Onions

- 6 large Spanish onions shopping list
- 2 tbsp each: shopping list
- basil shopping list
- thyme shopping list
- oregano shopping list
- lemon pepper (unsalted) shopping list
- minced garlic shopping list
- tinfoil shopping list
How to make it
- cut off both ends of the onions, and remove the outer peel
- combine in a bowl:
- basil, thyme, oregano, lemon pepper and garlic
- Combine thoroughly
- Cut crosswise slits into the onions, and add a generous amount of the mixture of herbs and spices
- Envelope with heavy-duty tinfoil, and set onto the barbecue grill, lid closed. Cook at medium-high heat for 25 minutes, or until done to your preference.
