Crab Meat And Brie Fondue Recipe

Ingredients
  • 1/4c(1/2 stick) unsalted butter
  • 1/2c finely chopped shallots
  • 2c heavy cream
  • 2c cubed Brie cheese
  • 2tsp kosher salt
  • 1tsp fresh ground black pepper
  • 1lb. lump crabmeat,shells removed,meat flaked
  • 2Tbs chopped fresh parsley

Directions
  1. Heat butter in lg. skillet over med heat. Add the shallots and saute 1 min. or till shallots are translucent. Add the cream and bring to simmer.
  2. Whisk the Brie cheese into the cream mixture.
  3. Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the crab meat. Cook for 3-5 mins. or till mixture is slightly reduced. Pour into a warm fondue pot and keep warm over low heat. Garnish with parsley.
