How to make it

  • Heat butter in lg. skillet over med heat. Add the shallots and saute 1 min. or till shallots are translucent. Add the cream and bring to simmer.
  • Whisk the Brie cheese into the cream mixture.
  • Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the crab meat. Cook for 3-5 mins. or till mixture is slightly reduced. Pour into a warm fondue pot and keep warm over low heat. Garnish with parsley.
