Crab Meat and Brie Fondue

- 1/4c(1/2 stick) unsalted butter shopping list
- 1/2c finely chopped shallots shopping list
- 2c heavy cream shopping list
- 2c cubed brie cheese shopping list
- 2tsp kosher salt shopping list
- 1tsp fresh ground black pepper shopping list
- 1lb. lump crabmeat,shells removed,meat flaked shopping list
- 2Tbs chopped fresh parsley shopping list
How to make it
- Heat butter in lg. skillet over med heat. Add the shallots and saute 1 min. or till shallots are translucent. Add the cream and bring to simmer.
- Whisk the Brie cheese into the cream mixture.
- Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the crab meat. Cook for 3-5 mins. or till mixture is slightly reduced. Pour into a warm fondue pot and keep warm over low heat. Garnish with parsley.
