From notyourmomma 16 years agoIngredients
- 4 oz. Roquefort cheese shopping list
- 1/2 cup of good quality mayonnaise shopping list
- 1/2 cup of sour cream shopping list
- 1 garlic clove crushed shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon of white pepper shopping list
- 1 scant tablespoon of white sugar shopping list
- 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon of white worchestershire sauce shopping list
- 2 dashes of Tabasco sauce shopping list
- enough milk to thin to your desired consistency shopping list
How to make it
- Crumble blue cheese, or mash with a fork.
- I don't blend, I like it chunky
- Mix with remaining ingredients.
- This must sit for at least two hours but I find it better overnight.
- The next day, if it is too thick, thin with a little milk.
- Kids like this blue cheese dressing because it isn't too tart.
