Directions
  1. Cut bagel in half
  2. top with low fat cheese
  3. avocado
  4. tomato
  5. and broil for 4 minutes on low.

This looks good, you can also do this with an English muffin. Here is a tip to make fat free cheese melt. spray a little Pam on it before you toast. I don't know why but if it looks better it tastes better :)
