Ingredients

How to make it

  • Dice the onion, avocado and tomatoes add the minced garlic and the juice form the lime.
  • Mix gently so you don't turn it into a mush.
  • _____________________________________________________
  • Slice the bread into 1/2" slices
  • Top the bread with Parmesan cheese
  • Bake the sliced bread at 250 for about 5 minutes until the cheese is melted and the bread is a bit crispy
  • Serve the Bread with the fresh relish

    You know, its amazing how something that sounds so very simple on its face can be such a delightful and delicious offering. I adore bruschetta and the avocado add here sounds perfect. Fast, down and dirty - it works so well.

    P.S. Oh yeah, I would love to mallet some stuff. Maybe a impromptu Gallagher-like show in the backyard is in order. It'd be a hoot!
