Ingredients

How to make it

  • Marinade the prawns few hours in the fridge ( I did it ovenite in freezer ) .
  • Saute everything for 3 mins .
  • Add the prawn and mix well .
  • Once the colour changes , sprinkle some water and check the salt .
  • Boil 5 mins .
  • ( Overcooking will make the prawn rubbery )
Served with bland peas dhal and payasam .   Close
Served with Cabbage fry , Peas Dhal , egg gravy and Payasam .   Close
