Ingredients

500 g prawns or 16 large prawns , de shelled and cleaned

Marinade them in 1 tsp chilli , 1 tsp corriander pwd , 1 tsp black pepper and cumin pwd , pinch of salt .

Saute :

1 tsp ginger garlic

2 tsp chilli pwd

4 tbsp thinly sliced shallots

2 dry red chillies broken

1 tbsp freshly grated coconut

1/2 tsp fresh crushed fenugreek seed

Directions

Marinade the prawns few hours in the fridge ( I did it ovenite in freezer ) .

Saute everything for 3 mins .

Add the prawn and mix well .

Once the colour changes , sprinkle some water and check the salt .

Boil 5 mins .

( Overcooking will make the prawn rubbery )
