Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • Combine first 3 ingredients in a shallow bowl; stir well and set aside.
  • sprinkle salt and pepper over chicken, and set aside.
  • Place egg whites in a bowl, and stir well.
  • Combine toasted sesame seeds and breadcrumbs into a shallow dish, and stir well.
  • Dip chicken in egg whites; dredge in sesame seed mixture.
  • Arrange chicken in a single layer on a baking sheet coated with cooking spray.
  • Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes, turning once.
  • Serve chicken with mustard mixture.

    This sounds great! We eat A LOT of chicken and with a 2yr old we're challenged to find things he'll eat that we like too - this looks like something we'll add to our rotation! :D

    This sounds like a great recipe to use with kids in the kitchen. I'm going to try it out with my son this summer. Have you heard of Panko flakes? they are just japanese bread crumbs I like to use them in replace of regular bread crumbs because they have a nice crunch to them.

    These sound great, and I love the idea of baking the chicken, too - always looking for ways to cut some of the fat out of our diet (so we can eat more sweets!!). I like chefjebs idea of the chicken over a salad, too. I've printed this one off and will try it very soon. Thanks!

    This sounds good and is healthy also. Printing this out now. Have you tried this over a salad? It would be great. We did a chicken nugget salad with honey-mustard dressing at one of our restaurants, but the nuggets were high-calorie fried. Your recipe would be more flavorful and better for you. Thanks for posting.
