How to make it

  • In large skillet, melt butter. Add wine and seasonings.
  • Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
  • Add shrimp and saute just until shrimp turn pink.
  • Transfer to serving platter.
  • For a main course, serve with rice or hot cooked pasta.
