How to make it

  • Mix sour cream, blue cheese, mayo and mustard together in a serving bowl.
  • dip pickles in egg bath and then dredge them in bread crumbs
  • deep fry in oil ar 350 until golden.
  • serve with sauce for dipping.
  • Another sauce that is good is Ketchup mixed with horseradish

    This sounds awesome we have a drive in here in Kansas called Sonic they used to make pickleo's which was dill pickle slices breaded and deep fried they quit making them because it took to long to batter each slice this recipe brings back memories Thanks for sharing it The Bakermanrooster
