How to make it

  • Heat oven to 500 degrees.
  • Position racks to divide open in thirds.
  • Line 2 rimmed baking sheets with non-stick Release foil.
  • Place fish on 1 baking sheet; spread asparagus evenly on the other.
  • Coat cod and asparagus with cooking spray; sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  • Roast 10 to 12 minutes, switching position of pans halfway through cooking, until cod is just cooked through and asparagus are tender.
  • Mix remaining ingredients in a bowl. Spoon over cod.
  • 303 calories per serving.

    Oh, oh.....chefelaine and I had the same grandmother apparently.....cod liver oil is gross!
    I love cod however, and this recipe looks terrific. We eat tons of fish in this house so I'm always looking for new recipes.I think this would be great with any mild white fish.

    Please, don't take this as an insult!! Your recipe is great, but I detest cod. I still give it a five, because I imagine Pollock, whitefish, or some other light tasting fish would work!!
    Unfortunately, all I taste with Cod is cod liver oil!!! But your recipe is still a HIGH FIVE :+D
