How to make it

  • Cake
  • Prepare and bake cake as directed using a 9x13 pan
  • Cool on wire rack
  • Frosting
  • In a small bowl, beat cream cheese and confectioners sugar until smooth, stir in whipped cream
  • Spread over cooled cake
  • Refrigerate until serving
  • Topping
  • Just before serving combine strawberry glaze and water in a bowl and gently fold in raspberries
  • Serve over cake slices
  • 12 - 15 servings
