Ingredients

How to make it

  • *This recipe can make however much you'd like. Plan on about two slices cheese/tomato for a side dish/appetizer or 3 - 4 slices for a light lunch.
  • --------------------
  • On a serving platter, layer one slice tomato, followed by two basil leaves, then one slice mozzarella. Repeat layers as many times as you need.
  • Add a couple grinds of black pepper over the top of the salad, follow with a light sprinkling of sea salt. Drizzle a small amount of extra-virgin olive oil over all. Serve immediately.

This is something my girls(3 of them) and I would enjoy. Hubby and son not so much, but that just means more for us and we don't have to share. Thanks. Melissa
