Ingredients

How to make it

  • Melt butter in skillet over medium-high heat
  • Add mushrooms and cook until mushrooms are lightly browned, about 5 minutes
  • Pour in wine, increase heat to high, and cook until liquid has evaporated, about 8 minutes.
  • Add broth, lower heat and simmer until liquid thickens, about 10 minutes.

    I love sauteed mushrooms, but I've never made them with broth/wine. This is much more dressed-up than my plain old sauteed mushrooms in buter. Great post! - Natalie
