Ingredients

How to make it

  • dessolve yeast in warm water
  • place all ingredients in a mixing bowl and mix with electric mixer
  • when batter is climbing up the beaters stop mixing ( another one of Vovoa's interesting directions)
  • make sure that all of the flour is mixed in.
  • cover and let stand in a warm place for 30 minutes
  • drop by table spoonfuls into a deep fryer set on high
  • turn the do-nuts once before removing
  • when browned on both sides remove and drain off excess oil
  • shake do-nuts in a bag with 1 cup of sugar enjoy
  • you can also shake them in a bag of cinnamon and sugar or powder sugar
