Ingredients

10 ounces liverwurst

4 slices bacon; cooked and crumbled

1 tablespoon chives; minced

3 tablespoons butter; softened

2 tablespoons dark rum

Directions

Mix all ingredients together either with a fork or in the food processor until blended.

NOTES : Serve with melba toast or crackers. Best if made a day ahead and allowed to mellow.
