Ingredients
  • 2 Turkey thighs, boneless and skinless
  • 1/2 c. flour
  • 3 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. paprika
  • 1/4 c. butter
  • 3 TBS olive oil
  • 1/2 Cup chicken stock or bouillon
  • 1 TBS. lemon juice
  • 1 TBS flour

Directions
  1. Mix flour, garlic salt and paprika.
  2. beat turkey thighs until 1/2" - 1/4" thick
  3. Coat turkey with flour mixture.
  4. Brown turkey in butter oil mixture in skillet.
  5. Remove turkey to serving platter and keep warm.
  6. mix flour in the chicken stock until smooth
  7. Add lemon and bouillon into skillet, loosening brown particles on bottom stir until thickened.
  8. Pour over chicken on platter and serve.

This was delicious! I had never had scalloppini, veal or otherwise, so it was a real surprise and treat. Thanks to you my brawy guy for doing this for us. It deserves a ^5 for sure. :)
