A dish made for Queen Elizabeth II's coronation in 1952.

Ingredients
- 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
- 4 Tbsp mayonaisse
- Mild curry powder (to taste)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- Ground black pepper
- 2 Tbsp Mango chutney
- Golden raisins - as many as you like
Directions
- Mix the mayonaisse, curry powder, cinnamon, black pepper, chutney and sultanas together, altering quantities to your preferred taste.
- Mix the combined ingredients with the cubed chicken.
- Chill 4 hours or overnight.
- Serve in baked potatoes, wraps, sandwiches, etc.
