Ingredients
  • 3 chicken breasts, cooked and cubed
  • 4 Tbsp mayonaisse
  • Mild curry powder (to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • Ground black pepper
  • 2 Tbsp Mango chutney
  • Golden raisins - as many as you like

Directions
  1. Mix the mayonaisse, curry powder, cinnamon, black pepper, chutney and sultanas together, altering quantities to your preferred taste.
  2. Mix the combined ingredients with the cubed chicken.
  3. Chill 4 hours or overnight.
  4. Serve in baked potatoes, wraps, sandwiches, etc.
