Ingredients

How to make it

  • Trim roast of fat.
  • Cut into hamburger sized pieces.
  • Place meat in crock pot.
  • Add gravy and seasoning mixes.
  • Place on low heat and cook for 15 hours. DO NOT add water.
  • Stir about every hour the first few hours then every 4 as it cooks.
  • The meat will shred when done.
  • Serve on bun or toasted bread.

    Seems like I remember something like that my first meal in boot camp. Had never had it and though it was nasty then. Since, I make smething like your now and add creamed potatoes and green peas as a veggie.
