How to make it
- Trim roast of fat.
- Cut into hamburger sized pieces.
- Place meat in crock pot.
- Add gravy and seasoning mixes.
- Place on low heat and cook for 15 hours. DO NOT add water.
- Stir about every hour the first few hours then every 4 as it cooks.
- The meat will shred when done.
- Serve on bun or toasted bread.
