Chicken Paprikash Recipe
Chicken Paprikash is a recipe that i grew up with can be served with noodles or rice.

Ingredients
  • 4-6 Boneless and skinless chicken breast
  • 3 Tablespoons of Oil
  • Paprika
  • 1 1/2 cans of chicken broth
  • 16 oz sour cream
  • 4 tablespoons flour
  • Bag of med egg noodles
  • Rice ( if you want)

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 325
  2. Trim fat off chicken breast
  3. Bake chicken in oven for 45 minutes
  4. Cool chicken in fridge till cool enough to handle
  5. Cut chicken into bite size pieces
  6. Coat large skillet or dutch oven with oil
  7. Add cut up chicken
  8. Sprinkle chicken with Paprika ( enough to throughly coat chicken)
  9. Add chicken broth
  10. Turn heat to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes
  11. In separate bowl mix sour cream and flour
  12. Add a little bit of liquid from chicken and broth pan into the sour cream mix
  13. Mix well
  14. Add sour cream mix to chicken
  15. Bring to a boil and stir for 1 minute until sauce thickens
  16. Cook noodles or rice so it is ready when chicken is done
  17. Serve over noodles or rice
