How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 325
  • Trim fat off chicken breast
  • Bake chicken in oven for 45 minutes
  • Cool chicken in fridge till cool enough to handle
  • Cut chicken into bite size pieces
  • Coat large skillet or dutch oven with oil
  • Add cut up chicken
  • Sprinkle chicken with Paprika ( enough to throughly coat chicken)
  • Add chicken broth
  • Turn heat to a simmer and cook for 30 minutes
  • In separate bowl mix sour cream and flour
  • Add a little bit of liquid from chicken and broth pan into the sour cream mix
  • Mix well
  • Add sour cream mix to chicken
  • Bring to a boil and stir for 1 minute until sauce thickens
  • Cook noodles or rice so it is ready when chicken is done
  • Serve over noodles or rice
