Mock Lobster Casserole

- 2 pounds skinless haddock filets, cut in serving size pieces shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 can cream of shrimp soup shopping list
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon onion, minced shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1/4 cup butter, melted shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 3/4 cup bread crumbs or Ritz cracker crumbs shopping list
How to make it
- Arrange fish in shallow greased baking dish. Sprinkle with salt.
- In bowl, whisk together cream of shrimp soup and lemon juice. Spoon over fish.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
- Meanwhile, in small skillet, saute onion and garlic powder in butter. Remove from heat.
- Stir Worcestershire sauce and crumbs into onion mixture.
- Sprinkle crumb mixture over fish.
- Bake an additional 10 minutes.
