Haiku- French Hot Chocolate

SETTING: ------------- Brisk Autumn breeze...a walk with your love in the deepening twight ...a fire waiting to be lit on your return...and hot chocolate to take away the chill. ------------ I took the picture of the leaves in Tenstrike,MN.

How to make it
- 2 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped
- Hot milk

- In saucepan, combine chocolate and water.
- Cook over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and blended. Add sugar and salt, bring to a boil and cook stirring for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, and cool.
- Fold cooled chocolate mixture into whipped cream.
- Add 1 well-rounded tablespoon of chocolate mixture to each ¾ cup hot milk. Stir to blend.
