So frozen in time

Gone swiftly from us

Tiny snapshot in our minds

One moment in time

Back at the cottage

Steaming hot choc'late awaits

The fire ablaze

Time passes by quickly

As minutes and hours do

The moment is gone

But not so our love

Which carries us through the night

To sweet tomorrow

Directions

2 1/2 squares unsweetened chocolate

1/2 cup water

1/2 cup granulated sugar

Dash of salt

1/2 cup heavy cream, whipped

Hot milk

----------------------------------------

In saucepan, combine chocolate and water.

Cook over low heat, stirring until chocolate is melted and blended. Add sugar and salt, bring to a boil and cook stirring for 4 minutes. Remove from heat, and cool.

Fold cooled chocolate mixture into whipped cream.

Add 1 well-rounded tablespoon of chocolate mixture to each ¾ cup hot milk. Stir to blend.
