How to make it

  • Place fresh thin slice and peeled ginger into a cup.
  • Add boiling water
  • let stand a few minutes.
  • Drink tea and then eat the softened sliced pieces of ginger.
  • Sweetener is optional.
  • I drink the tea as is.
