Ingredients

1 c. raisins

1 c. sugar

1/2 c. water

2 Tbsps. flour

2 egg yolks

2 1/2 c. milk

1/2 pt. heavy cream, whipped

1 baked pastry shell

Directions

Cook raisins in 1/2 cup sugar and water until plump.

Combine flour, egg yolks and milk.

Blend into raisins; cook until thickened.

Pour over baked pie shell.

Cool.

Top with whipped cream.

Hi, sounds like a great recipe, but I'm a bit confused on the amount of sugar, cause in your list of ingredients it says 1 cup but your directions say 1/2 cup. I would sure like to make it but will wait to hear from you.
