I made this pie for my grandkids using blue raspberry lemonade Kool aid. It was great! But the sugar was grainy even after 5 minutes of beating and I only used 1/4 c. Next time I'll try icing sugar and I think the amount will vary with the flavour.

I used blue raspberry lemonade and several drops of blue food colouring, then placed blue gummy fish on top of the Cool Whip. My grandkids were very excited to eat "Blue fish pie". It was a hit! Thank you and I look forward to trying different flavours. Keep up the good work! Cheez out.
