Ingredients
- Wonderful n Healthy Indian Chick pea Dip shopping list
- 1 (15 oz.) can reduced sodium chick peas, rinsed and drained shopping list
- 1/2 cup light sour cream shopping list
- 1/3 cup chutney or apricot jam, chopped shopping list
- 1/4 cup mustard shopping list
- 2 tsp. curry powder shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 cup chopped cilantro (optional) shopping list
- BLEND beans, sour cream, jam, mustard, curry powder and salt in food processor until smooth. shopping list
- STIR in cilantro. Spoon into serving bowl. SERVE with crackers or cut-up vegetables. shopping list
