Butterscotch Poke Brownies

- 1 pkg brownie mix shopping list
- 1 1/2 cups cold milk shopping list
- 1 pkg (4-serving size) Butterscotch instant pudding mix shopping list
How to make it
- Prepare Brownie mix as directed on the pkg for either an 8" or 9" square baking pan
- Baking time will depend on the brand you buy
- Remove from the oven
- Using the round handle of a wooden spoon, immediately poke holes at 1 inch intervals down through brownies, almost to the pan
- .
- Pour cold milk into a bowl & add pudding mix
- Beat with a wire whisk for 2 mins
- Quickly pour about 1/2 of the thin pudding evenly over the warm brownies & into the holes. Tap pan lightly to fill holes
- Let remaining pudding thicken slightly, then spread over the top to 'frost'
- Refrigerate for 1 hour or until ready to serve
- Cut into 4" squares & then diagonally into triangles
