Oh fantastic!! My son just acquired this cold - had a low grade for a couple of days and it has a horrible cough to go with it! I hate giving him too much OTC cough syrups so I only give it to him at night. This i can give him any time! You're wonderful! Wish I could give you a million forks!

Interesting. Do you know what the flax seed does for the ailment? I believe in the honey,lemon and hot water as they fight bacteria. I also add some vinegar just a slight touch. Be interested however in the flax seed part.
