  • Melt enough fat to generously cover the bottom of a baking dish{9x13
  • addonion to cover the entire dish in a single layer
  • put chicken parts rolled in flour{seasoned with salt and pepper.
  • Add cold water to almost cover

Directions
  1. Cover and bake in preheated oven {hot 400 degrees for about 1 1/2 hours or untill done for crusty browning uncover last 15 minutes and increase heat if necessary watch closely.{450 degrees
