Autumn Pumpkin Delight

- CRUST: shopping list
- 1 c. Bisquick mix or other biscuit mix shopping list
- 1/2 c. quick oatmeal shopping list
- 1/2 c. packed brown sugar shopping list
- 1/4 c. butter shopping list
- FILLING: shopping list
- 1 (16 oz.) can pumpkin shopping list
- 1 (12 oz.) can evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 eggs shopping list
- 3/4 c. sugar shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. ginger shopping list
- 1 tsp. cinnamon shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground cloves shopping list
- TOPPING: shopping list
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans shopping list
- 1/2 c. brown sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsp. butter shopping list
How to make it
- CRUST: Mix the bisquick mix, oatmeal, brown sugar and butter until crumbly; press into 9 x 13 pan.
- Bake 10 minutes at 350 degrees. Set to cool.
- FILLIG: Beat filling ingredients well, then pour over crust; bake 20 minutes.
- TOPPING: Mix topping ingredients until crumbly. Spread onto filling; then bake 15 more minutes until pumpkin is set.
- Top with Cool Whip mixed with 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon, if desired.
