Looking for that UNIQUE Meatloaf recipe-- here it is! Sure to please!!!

Ingredients
  • 1 lb ground beef or turkey
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup Oatmeal or bread crumbs
  • 1/4 cup finely chopped onion
  • 2 tbs of Worchester Sauce
  • salt to taste
  • 4 slices of sandwich ham (or thinly sliced regular ham if you have it)
  • 4-6 oz of Mozzerella Cheese (string cheese works too!)
  • Ketchup or brown sugar to rub on top of loaf

Directions
  1. Mix hamburger, egg, oatmeal, onion, worchester sauce, salt together.
  2. On cutting board spread out mixture.
  3. lay the pieces of ham on top-- then layer the cheese on top of ham.
  4. Roll into a loaf form.
  5. Coat top of loaf with your preference of ketchup or brown surgar (or both!)
  6. Bake at 375 for about 1 hour or until cooked through!
