How to make it

  • 1 1/2 tbsp sugar-free cranberry sauce
  • 3 tbsp non-fat (preferably organic) prebiotic yogurt (I use Liberte brand)
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • 1/2 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1/4 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 250g raw beets, coarsely grated
  • 1 tbsp minced shallot
  • 80g raw cauliflower, minced
  • 4 cups baby spinach, washed and dried

    These ingredients sound like the makings of a remdey for cancer. Add some broccoli to this and the cancer cells wouldn't have a chance!
