Easiest chicken pot pie recipe I've found. I usually double it cause they want more.

Ingredients
  • 12 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 3 cups cooked chicken, chopped
  • 2- 10 oz pkgs. frozen mixed vegies, thawed
  • 1 envelope Good Seasons Italian Dressing Mix
  • 1 refrigerated pie crust

Directions
  1. Preheat oven to 425.
  2. Cook cream cheese and broth in large saucepan on low heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently with a wire whisk.
  3. Stir in chicken, vegies and italian dressing mix.
  4. Spoon into a 9" pie plate.
  5. Cover with pie crust, seal and flute edges. Cut several slits in top to permit steam to escape.
  6. Place pie on baking sheet as it may overflow.
  7. Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
