How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 425.
  • Cook cream cheese and broth in large saucepan on low heat until cream cheese is melted, stirring frequently with a wire whisk.
  • Stir in chicken, vegies and italian dressing mix.
  • Spoon into a 9" pie plate.
  • Cover with pie crust, seal and flute edges. Cut several slits in top to permit steam to escape.
  • Place pie on baking sheet as it may overflow.
  • Bake for 20-25 mins or until golden brown.
