How to make it

  • Saute the onion and green pepper in a large skillet,.
  • Add pimientos, soup and cream cheese.
  • Heat slowly until blended.
  • Add the rice, shrimp and crab meat and mix well.
  • Turn into a large casserole or baking dish, or just use an ovenproof skillet.
  • Bake for 30 minutes (total) at 350 degrees.
  • After 20 minutes, top with crushed cracker crumbs and return to oven for additional 10 minutes.

    Okay, so I made this afternoon and thought I would update. Anyway, it turned out SO well! It was very tasty and easy to make. I added in a couple splashes of hot sauce because I love hot sauce in casseroles. (well, in everything really... LOL) It was great! I also added in a bit of chopped celery for extra crunch. Other than that though, I pretty much stuck to the recipe as I knew it would be good as it! (and it was... yum yum!)

    I submitted a couple photos of how things turned out.. Hope that is okay. :)
