Moist And Crispy Chicken

- 3 cups crispy rice cereal shopping list
- 1 tsp paprika shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp pepper shopping list
- 1 broiler-fryer chicken, cut in parts (or your preference, see above) shopping list
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise (the real thing not salad dressing) shopping list
How to make it
- Crush the cereal and place in a large plastic food bag, along with paprika, salt and pepper.
- Shake crumb mixture to blend seasonings in well,.
- Brush the chicken pieces on all sides with mayonnaise.
- Place one piece of chicken in bag of crumbs and shake to coat well,.
- Place chicken piece on the rack of a broiler pan.
- Repeat steps 3 through 5 for each piece of chicken. Do not put more than one piece in the bag at a time.
- Bake at 425 for 40 to 45 minutes or until golden brown and tender.
