Mac N Cheese Casserole Recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. hamburger

1 package of deluxe macaroni & cheese

1 can of cream of chicken soup

1-1/2 C. milk

1 package of saltine crackers

1/2 stick of butter

Directions

Brown hamburger. Prepare macaroni & cheese according to pkg. directions. Once mac n cheese is done, add; hamburger, soup & milk. (the creamier the better). In a separate bowl; add butter and microwave until melted. Crush package of crackers and add to melted butter and combine, forming crumb mixture. Pour mac n cheese mixture into caserole dish and top with crumb mixture. Bake @ 350 for 30 min.

I've not yet tried this, but it looks delicious! Can't wait to try it. I can't seem to find saltines in the UK here, so I will need to improvise. I also have a recipe for a clone saltines. I might try that or golden bread crumbs with a pinch or 2 of salt.
