Ingredients
  • 1/2 head cabbage, sliced
  • 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 Tablespoon freshly grated ginger
  • 2 large cloves garlic, minced or pressed
  • 1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3 Tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon teriaki sauce
  • 1 Tablespoon cider vinegar (or vinegar of choice)
  • 2-3 Tablespoons sugar (depending on your taste)
  • 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Directions
  1. In large pan, heat oil...add onions and garlic. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes. Add cabbage, mixing well. Add remaining ingredients along with about 1/4 cup water and cook for 15 minutes (covered). Stir occasionally.
