Potato Onion Croquettes

These are so good and make a great side dish to just about any kind of home cooking or comfort food. Enjoy
Ingredients
- 2 quarts left over mashed potatoes shopping list
- 2 tablespoons parsley flakes shopping list
- 1 teaspoon dried minced onion shopping list
- 1 egg shopping list
- 1/2 cup grated cheese. shopping list
- 1/2 cup flavored bread crumbs plus more for dredging shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- oil for frying shopping list
How to make it
- Mix together everything except oil then form into patties.
- Dredge in bread crumbs and fry until golden brown.
