White Chocolate Cake Recipe

How to make it

  • Sift flour---Cream butter and sugar together, add vanilla, white chocolate and egg yolks.
  • Put baking powder in buttermilk, add together with flour.
  • Add nuts and coconut.
  • Fold in egg whites.
  • Bake 350 degrees 30 to 50 minutes.
  • Bake in 3 eight inch pans.

    my sil is allergic to chocolate but not white chocolate and this will make a great cake recipe to make when he comes here to visit. Thanks.
