How to make it

  • Line a 9 x 13-inch baking dish with torn pieces of dried beef.
  • Wrap each chicken breasts with 2 slices of bacon.
  • Place chicken in baking dish, on top of dried beef.
  • Combine soup, sour cream, and enough water (a little at a time) to make it a soup like thickness; mix well and pour over the chicken.
  • Bake 2 hours, covered, at 275*F.
  • Uncover and bake 1 hour longer.
  • Remove from oven and serve hot over cooked white rice.
