Balsamic Chicken Cutlets Recipe
This is my niece's recipe, she learned to make this when she was stationed on an Army base in Germany with her husband. The girls took cooking classes and this was one of the ones they learned. It's very tasty. Compliments of Lexie.

Ingredients
  • 4 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice concentrate
  • 1 teaspoon grated orange peel
  • 1/2 teaspoon tarragon
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 skinless boneless chicken breasts

Directions
  1. In medium bowl combine first 5 ingredients and mix well.
  2. Add chicken breasts coating well with mixture then cover and refrigerate 4 hours turning often.
  3. Grill on outdoor grill or under broiler 5 minutes then turn chicken over and grill 7 more longer.
  4. Garnish with grilled orange slices if desired and serve immediately.
